My Story
I’m Stephen Pearlman — personal trainer, nutrition coach, and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to hit rock bottom and claw your way back up.
When I was 15, I had an accident that left me in a wheelchair for nearly a year. With a broken back, shattered heels, and shattered hip, I had no choice but to learn how to walk again. Doctors and people around me told me I might never walk the same again. That I’d have limits. That I should “accept” what I’d lost.
But I didn’t.
That experience didn’t just challenge my body — it tested my mind. I struggled with mental health, self-doubt, and frustration for years after. But throughout that journey, I found strength I didn’t know I had. And that’s what keeps me going today.
Now, I help others reach the potential they thought they couldn't get to — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you’re just starting out or picking yourself up after a setback, I’m here to guide you through personal training and nutrition coaching that supports you.
As well as supporting you, I take mental health very seriously and appreciate that a fitness journey is a sensitive topic. I have found that people don’t advocate for mental health awareness enough, which is why a portion of all proceeds go to supporting mental health awareness through various charities.
Because I believe fitness isn't just about the body. It’s about resilience, mindset, and showing up for yourself every day.
Let’s prove that we are still strong, regardless of our past.
