Am I?

My name is Stephen Pearlman, I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach—but before any of that, I was someone who struggled with my mental health and addictions which led to an unhealthy lifestyle. I’ve been in that place where it feels like no matter what you try, nothing works. That place where you feel like it is easier to just give up. I know what it’s like to not only want to feel better physically, but also mentally and it feels so out of reach.

That’s why I do what I do now.
